Partnering with clients to navigate challenges, leverage unique strengths, and build a toolkit for success.

Client Focus Areas

The challenges my clients face are as diverse and complex as the clients themselves. They struggle with the complexities of neurodiversity, navigating challenges such as:

  • Attention variability

  • Poor working memory

  • Emotional regulation

  • Procrastination

  • Poor or inconsistent time management

  • Imposter syndrome

  • Difficulties with task initiation and completion

  • Rejection sensitivity

My clients may face these challenges:

  • In their work place as they transition to a new role or want to increase success in a current position

  • As a parent to a neurodivergent child

  • In parenting while managing the challenges presented by their own unique brain wiring

  • While navigating both academic and social aspects of school life

  • With regards to social, familial, and romantic relationships

Neurodiversity comes with a wide array of advantages and challenges. Together we will harness your skills to overcome your obstacles.

What is ADHD Life Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a collaborative partnership in which the coach acts as a catalyst for change. Through the process of coaching we will work to identify your goals and the obstacles obstructing your path to success.

My strength-based approach recognizes you as the expert on your life, your family, and your abilities and limitations. Through our work you will develop your toolbox for success.

At NeuroZesty Coaching we focus on:

  • Collaboration: Coach and client work together to set goals, develop strategies, and track progress.

  • Catalyst for Change: The coach facilitates self-discovery, helps break down barriers, and empowers the client to implement their own solutions.

  • Strength-Based: The coaching highlights and builds upon the client's existing strengths and talents.

  • Neurodiversity-Affirming: The approach respects and validates the client's neurotype, understanding that there is great value in neurodiversity.

  • Empowerment: The goal is to equip the client with the tools and strategies they need to reach their goals.
